If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@gofrido.com and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-refundable

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, color, or size, please contact us at help@gofrido.com. If eligible, we will guide you through the exchange process.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment.
